
Lyme Bay’s Shoreline returns with its 2024 vintage, a bright and zesty English white made for pairing with seafood. Crafted from parcels of Reichensteiner, Bacchus, Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc, Ortega, Pinot Noir, Solaris, and Sauvignon Blanc, all sourced from Essex’s famed Crouch Valley, it’s a showcase of cool climate winemaking. Each parcel was fermented separately with carefully chosen yeast strains and temperatures, before blending in precise proportions and ageing on fine lees to build texture and preserve freshness. At 11.5% ABV, it’s crisp, layered, and delightfully refreshing.
