Lyme Bay Winery's Shoreline is made with a blend of grapes, including Bacchus, Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner and Pinot Blanc, all of which were fermented separately in stainless steel. It was then blended together and aged for weeks on fine lees, and then bottled, letting it keep its freshness. The result is a wine that pairs perfectly with seafood.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh citrus and green apple, with a hint of leafy herbs later on.
