A full-bodied Bacchus wine from Lyme Bay Winery. The team in Devon says that when they're picking their Bacchus grapes, they aim to pick them just before they're ripe, or when they're overripe - and this one was made with grapes in the latter category, even some with a touch of botrytis. This has resulted in a wine brimming with bold, zesty, intense tropical fruit notes.
