Predominantly known for their rosé which is produced down in the South of France, this "Luxe" expression from Luc Belaire is produced in Burgundy from 100% Chardonnay and is blended with an oak-aged dosage from Chablis no less.
Sweeter than most sparkling out there (this is officially classed as a demi-sec) this has plenty of stone fruit, citrus, floral and some bready aromas, typically found with blanc de blancs.
