A Fantome bottle of Luc Belaire's lovely Luxe sparkling wine! It's made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, and the bottle has a little button on the base to make the label light up, which is rather swish indeed.
Sweeter than most sparkling out there (this is officially classed as a demi-sec) this has plenty of stone fruit, citrus, floral and some bready aromas, typically found with blanc de blancs.
