Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2019
From the Louis Latour winery in Burgundy comes the 2019 vintage of its tremendous Corton-Charlemagne Chardonnay. Grapes are carefully selected from a prime section of vineyard on the Corton hillside, with maximum exposure to sunlight, and harvested as late as possible to ensure full ripeness. Before bottling, the wine is treated to a rest of eight to 10 months in new French oak. This powerful, crisp, and fruity expression should be ideal paired with seafood or some nice strong cheese.

Rich notes of nutty almond and toasted oak, crisp green apple, and floral citrus zest with a vibrant minerality.
