Resonance brings the centuries of experience from Burgundy house Jadot to the Willamette valley in Oregon. In the last 40 years this part of America has been found to be one of the best places in the world to grow Pinot Noir - so it's a good fit. This bottling comes from the Resonance vineyard. It's rare to see a mature bottle for sale. We think it would be splendid with game dishes like roast grouse or pheasant especially if there's some sort of fruity sauce involved.
Stuffed with red fruit like strawberries and raspberries, and dark cherries. Age means the fruit is beginning to take on a slightly cooked quality, the spices are taking a turn for the North African and the tannins are now melty and relaxed.
