Malvasia is a grape grown all over the Mediterranean and beyond, producing everything from sweet wines to deliciously fresh dry whites like we have here. This comes from Istria in Croatia and would be wonderful with a nice bit of fresh fish.

Citrus, lemon peel, honeysuckle, fresh with a nutty almond note on the finish.
