Cask-aged Icewine from Inniskillin, made using 100% Vidal grapes, which are hybrid of Ugni Blanc and Seibel grapes that have thick skins and are suitable for harvesting late in the season. From Canada's Niagara Peninsula, this 2015 vintage is made in two distinct styles, without oak aging for fresh fruit emphasis and with oak aging for added complexity.
