Guy Allion Les Parcs Pinot Noir 2022

French red wine from Touraine in the Loire, it's the ripe 2022 vintage of Guy Allion's Les Parcs Pinot Noir. The grapes grow in clay and limestone-rich soil in south-west sloping vineyards, and the wine is rested in oak for an average of nine to 11 months before bottling. The result is an elegantly fruity, velvety sipper – a fab accompaniment to baked cheese.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant, and raspberry, with cooked plum, woody liquorice, and a touch of spice.
