Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this gloriously rich and robust red wine comes from the family run Giuseppe Cortese winery in the prized Piedmont region of Italy. The wine spends between 20 and 22 months resting in Slavonian oak and a further 10 months maturing in the bottle before release. With rich, earthy undertones, this would be a fabulous accompaniment to mushroom risotto.
