California's Napa Valley is best known for its cabernets and chardonnays but its also home to some pretty tasty sauvignon blanc too. This comes from the great Frog's Leap who have been producing great wine in Napa since 1981. Despite its reputation, prices are very modest by Californian standards. This fresh zingy white would be great with Vietnamese food and salty soft cheeses.
Peaches, green pappers, thyme and fresh citrus notes.
