Most Prosecco tends with be off-dry with around 10g or more per litre of sugar. If you're trying to cut down on your sugar intake, or just find most Proseccos a little sweet, then this is the wine for you. It's made from the Glera grape in the Prosecco region of Northern Italy but it's made in a Brut style so around 6g of sugar per litre. It's also vegan. This would be just the thing in a Bellini.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Green apple, peach and lemon predominate with aromatic floral notes, a gentle fizz and a dry finish.
