Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot Volnay 2017
From the family-run Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot comes a fabulous Pinot Noir, produced with grapes from the Volnay region in Burgundy. The wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, with a third of those barrels being fresh. A suitably juicy red to accompany game dishes.

Gently floral, with redcurrant, raspberry and cooked strawberry, with subtle oak spice.
