Description

It's the 2018 vintage Crozes-Hermitage from Fayolle Fils & Fille – a brother and sister based winery in the Rhône Valley. Made entirely from Shiraz grapes, this has a rich medium-full body and would go wonderfully with white meats, fish, or a good cheese board.

Overall

Dark fruits, plums, blackcurrants, and blueberries. Savoury spices with some earthen must in the background.
