Grüner Veltliner is Austria's signature grape creating fresh, delicious wines that manage to be accessible and full of character. And who wouldn't want to be accessible and full of character? This is made by noted producer Eschenhof, in Wagram, a quality wine region in Austria, and it would be delicious with Vietnamese and Thai food as long as you don't go too heavy on the chilli.
