Domaine Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Blanc 2016 75cl

From Alsace's Domaine Zind-Humbrecht winery comes this 2016 vintage Pinot Blanc. Based around a core of Auxerrois with a slightly smaller amount of Pinot Blanc, the grapes were harvested from vines ageing around 40 years old, growing on both the valley floor and hillsides. Its bright fruit and flinty notes make it a rather good pairing with rich fish dishes.
