This fab French white wine was named (in perhaps the greatest "well, obviously" statement you will hear today) for the White granite soils in which the Roussanne and Viognier grapes which comprise this blend are grown. Will be properly excellent with fish dishes, we'd say.
Thyme-honey, and absolutely bags of stone fruit - rich and ripe apricots, and honeysuckle. Veers somewhat into tropical fruit territory, but doesn't fully dip its toe into Condrieu territory.
