This is something a bit exciting: an Alsace gewurztraminer with a bit of age on it from a top producer, Domaine Schlumberger. It's a ripe, opulent wine that's just off dry. This would be great with spicy Thai or Vietnamese food as well as stinky cheeses like Munster.
Rose petal, orange, and honey, ripe opulent flavours with a nice freshness that stops it all getting too much.
