Description

Splendid Burgundy Pinot Noir from Domaine Philippe Levera, produced from grapes grown in the Côtes de Nuits Village of En Champs. Gentle oak aging for around a year imparts rich, earthy spice to balance dark, jammy berries – would go very well with a nice mushroom risotto.

Overall

Earthy pepper with hints of vanilla, dark cherries, berries, and tangy redcurrant, a touch of flint beneath.
