An impressive Chardonnay from Domaine Michel Gros, made with grapes grown in a single vineyard. Enjoyably bright and fruity, with good levels of acidity, though enough subtly grassy elements to keep it grounded.
Pineapple, orange, crisp pear, lemongrass and a hint of basil. Slight flinty hints, too.
