It's the 2021 vintage Côtes-Du-Rhône Mon Coeur from the family-run Jean-Louis Chave winery! Produced with a blend of shiraz, grenache, and mourvèdre grapes, it boasts a fabulous core of forest fruits and tannic, earthy spice. A top pairing for red meat dishes and chargrilled foods.
Dense dark fruits – heaps of blackcurrant, blueberry, and tangy raspberry are followed by earthy notes of liquorice, whilst wafts of floral violet cushion peppery spice beneath.
