From one of Corton’s sweet spots, this grand cru from Domaine Follin-Arbelet shows what patience and proper vineyard work can do. Vines planted in the 50s and 60s, farmed sustainably, hand-harvested, and vinified the old way with native yeasts and zero faff. Long élevage in deep, cool cellars gives this 2011 real depth.
