An exquisite, organically produced Chardonnay from Domaine de la Renardiere in Pupillin, Eastern France. Produced with the 2016 harvest of grapes grown in the region's limestone rich soils, the wine was aged in a combination of old barrels and fourdre before bottling. Crisp and dry, this will pair well with soft cheeses and salad dishes.

A creamy waft of almonds and oak rests beneath fresh apple, lemon zest, and floral melon. Stony petrichor brings balance with a chalky, mineral finish.
