
Chardonnay Jurassique 2016 by Domaine de La Renardiere comes to you all the way from Jura in eastern France. It's made with grapes harvested in Arbois-Pupillin from 20 year old vines that are rooted in limestone soils. The wine spent between 10 and 16 months in barriques before it was bottled, boasting a structured minerality and lots of fresh notes. Great with grilled meaty white fish.
Floral notes alongside a refreshing acidity, with oily walnut, citrus peel, chalky notes and dried fruit.
