Domaine de la Renardière comes this 2016 vintage Les Terrasses, made exclusively from Savagnin grapes from the Arbois Pupillin region in Jura, eastern France. It's aged in barrels for 12 months before bottling, and is full of vibrant citrus notes, making it a great pairing for just about anything with mushrooms in it.
