This organic Saint Veran comes from Richard and Stéphane Martin’s expanded patchwork of Mâconnais terroirs, allowing them to be ruthless with fruit selection and dial in purity from vine to bottle. The 2023 release shows the domaine’s steady rise in quality, leaning into fresh, orchard-driven Chardonnay with clean, mineral tension. Fermented and aged with a light touch, it keeps the focus on fruit clarity and the limestone soils that give Saint Veran its lift.
Bright and supple with juicy apple, citrus and a hint of peach, carried by a textured mid palate and subtle creamy undertones.
