A biodynamic Riesling here from Domaine Christophe Mittnacht in Alsace, this 2016 vintage is made with grapes from the Rosacker Grand Cru, harvested from vines over 40 years old! Aged in old barrels before bottling, it's full of crisp, fruity notes, sure to balance creamier dishes very well.
Sweet citrus and zingy peels, with toasted almond, pear skin, a touch of honey and elderflower.
