Domaine Billard Père et Fils Hautes-Côtes de Beaune La Justice 2022 75cl

Domaine Billard Père et Fils is back with another great white Burgundy. The 2022 vintage La Justice is, like the previous bottlings, made entirely with Chardonnay grapes from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune region, which are fermented in oak. This is a fairly savoury wine, with stony mineral notes, and a good dose of citrus to round it out.
