Domaine Billard Père et Fils is back with another great white Burgundy. The 2021 vintage La Justice is, like the previous bottlings, made entirely with Chardonnay grapes from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune region, which are fermented in oak. This is a fairly savoury wine, with stony mineral notes, and a good dose of citrus to round it out.
Bittersweet lemon peel, floral citrus, pebbly mineral notes, and dried kitchen herbs.
