This is a good introduction to Hungary's legendary sweet wine: Tokaji. It's made from a small proportion of noble rotted grapes so it's fresher, less sweet and more accessible than richer styles of Tokaji. It's lovely with fresh fruit, fruit tarts or soft cheeses.
Floral nose, orange blossom, and satsuma notes. On the palate it's gently sweet, very fresh, clean and pure, with a little marmalade bitterness.
