Cuvaison Pinot Noir 2021
This pinot noir hails from Napa Valley's Cuvaison, a producer founded in 1969 which makes it old school in Californian terms. This 2021 vintage has spent 11 months in French oak barriques which add spice and tannin to the wine. If you're planning to cook some duck, then look no further, especially if you're going for a cherry sauce.
