Cuvaison Chardonnay 2018
The 2018 vintage Chardonnay from Cuvaison over in the Napa Valley. The wine spent 11 months in French oak barrels, a quarter of which were new, lending a delightful buttery quality to it. Ought to compliment pastry-based dishes very well!
