Côteaux du Lyonnais Traboules 2020
Do you ever wonder what the perfect wine to go with sausages is? It's one that keeps us awake here at Master of Malt. But no longer, because we've found it. The Côteaux du Lyonnais is located near the gastronomic heartland of Lyon, hence the name. The terroir is rather like the Northern Rhone but the grapes grown are from Burgundy, chardonnay for whites and gamay for reds like this one. The result is an outstandingly juicy red that is light but full of flavour. Just the thing to go with sausages. No more sleepless nights for us.

Red fruit city, with raspberries, red currants and cranberries, with spicy floral notes, and a rocky, mouth-watering acidity. Bring on the bangers!
