A fantastic Bordeaux white wine from Chateau Penin, made with 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris, and 20% Sémillion grapes, grown on clay-rich hillsides. It spends its fermentation and maturation in a combination of stainless steel vats and oak barrels, with six months spent on fine lees. Enjoyably dry, with lots of fruit and florals to tuck into.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
