A brilliant Bordeaux white wine here from the Côtes de Blaye region, produced by Chateau Les Bertrands. It's made with 75% sauvignon blanc and 15% muscadelle grapes, and aged in stainless steel, so it remains bright and fresh. Great with lighter seafood dishes!
