Clos de Loyse Beaujolais Blanc 2018

White wines from the Beaujolais region are a rare sight due to limits on the amount of white wine grape varieties that are allowed to be grown there. So it's a nice treat when one comes this way. This 2018 vintage Beaujolais Blanc from Château des Jacques is made using 100% chardonnay grapes, and is full of fresh, balanced acidity thanks to cool fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats. Pair this wine with grilled fish and a summer salad.
