The 2018 Minervois Tradition from Chateau De L’Herbe Sainte is made with a core of Syrah, supported by Carignan and Grenache Noir grapes, and rested in stainless steel. It's rich, spicy and slightly herbaceous, and is a winner paired with grilled meats.
