Another top Bacchus from Chapel Down, though this one was made using grapes from its Lamberhurst estate site on the High Weald of Kent. The fruit is hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed before resting in stainless steel tanks. A zest-forward vintage, a sure hit with fresh, light fish dishes.
Vibrant and zesty, with pink grapefruit and green, grassy freshness, rounded off by a crisp, dry finish.
