A splendid English Chardonnay from Kent's Chapel Down winery, it's the 2020 vintage of Kit's Coty! Produced entirely from chardonnay grapes grown at the 95-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs. After whole pressing, the grapes are wild fermented in old oak casks, imparting a touch of buttery vanilla to the crisp, fruity wine. A fab pairing for shellfish.
Peach, apricot, and a touch of papaya with gentle layers of buttery oak and toasted almonds.
