A fine example of an English sparkling wine, primarily made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes grown in vineyards across the South East.
Demonstrating all the hallmarks of exceptional terroir and skilful blending, this is a beautiful, fragrant release that Chapel Down recommends as a perfect pairing to fish and chips. How quintessentially English!

Really excellent, benchmark English fizz. Not complicated but not simple. Apple freshness overlaying biscuity palate. Great finish.
Really lively, fruity, punchy Brut. Bought this during the recent sale event and only just got around to opening it. Stunning flavour, will certainly be buying again from our local wine maker.
Tried this the other day and was delighted with the balance of fruit and richness. Definitely a new staple.
