This delicious Catalan wine is evidence that good rose doesn't have to copy Provence. The Spanish have their own proud tradition of gutsy deeper-coloured wines. Some people are put off by the colour thinking such wines are going to be sweet but they are bone dry. This one is made from a blend of grenache, syrah and carignan, and it's an amazing all-rounder at the table going with all manner of fish, meat and vegetable dishes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red cherries and ripe strawberries with herbs, orange peel and just a touch of leather.
