If you're looking for a good value high quality sparkling wine, then look no further. Cremant de Bourgogne is made from the same grapes as Champagne, mainly chardonnay, and made using the same technique to produce all those delicious bubbles. This would be a great aperitif and if you want a Kir Royale, then look no further!
