Chilean chardonnays are increasingly good these days. Often, like this one, in a lean, fresh style that's not a million miles away from Chablis. Time in the bottle has given it a little toastiness but it's still superfresh. This would be extremely tasty with goat's cheese.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh nose, limes, melon, and touch of coffee. Zingy palate with melons and limes, fresh and clean with a creamy almond note on the finish.
