It's the 2015 Noah blend from Bramaterra! You'll find a core of Nebbiolo in here along with smaller proportions of Croatina, Uva Rara and Vespolina. It was fermented in both wood and stainless steel, before it was aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. A ripe and juicy wine, it goes very well with rich risottos.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Cooked red fruit and fresh cherry, touches of balsamic and red flowers, along with a smidge of oily citrus.
