A moscatel wine from Airén Moscatel Centelleo. For this 2019 vintage, the grapes were sourced from a mixture of trellised and bush vines in the Manzanares district of La Mancha which is renowned for its limestone soils. The wine was then made from free-run juice and fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. It matured on fine lees until bottling.
Citrus, honey, and floral notes mingle.
