They make very good wine in Canada and not just ice wine, especially in Vancouver on the West Coast and Niagara on the East Coast. While Canada does get very cold, there's also quite a lot of sunshine too meaning you get refreshing yet ripe chardonnays like this one. It's not dissimilar to Chablis, so get out your shellfish or goat's cheese and you'll be laughing.
Lemon, lime and green apple with a firm mineral acidity and a creamy texture.
