Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir 2019
Au Bon Climat was founded by Jim Clendenen, who sadly died in 2021. Based in Santa Maria Valley, one of California's cooler areas, it has become legendary for it excellent chardonnay and pinot noir. If you think Cal pinot is all about big jammy flavours then think again because this is fragrant and elegant. Try it with mushroom risotto or a simple roast chicken.
