Its the 2020 vintage of Ashbourne's Sandstone, made from a combination of Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, and Semillon grapes grown in South Africa's Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Brimming with rich minerality from the sandstone soil, it'll make a great pairing with shellfish and seafood.

Rich tropical wafts of zesty lemon, lime, melon, and crisp grapefruit, waxy honey, earthy minerality, and grassy, vegetal undertones.
