This Assyrtiko bottling was sourced from old vines across volcanic sites and shaped by brutal winds and sun. The 34 on the label nods to how many centuries of continuous viticulture have taken place on the island of Santorini, and the wine wears that heritage proudly.
Stone fruit richness, grapefruit and peach sit alongside savoury minerality and a faint herbal bitterness.
